The producer of this Nicaragua coffee, Promotora de Desarollo Cooperativa de las Segovias (PRODECOOP) is a certified cooperative organization made up of over 2,300 individual producers.

These small hold farmers consist of  27%  women, 50% are certified organic and 100% certified fair trade.

The majority of the members are located in the northern 3 departments of: Estelí, Madriz and Nueva Segovias.

Most farms growing altitude range from 1,200 – 1,500 meters above sea level, and farmers work with the varietals Caturra & Bourbon.
